Bio: Jennifer Reineke Pohlhaus, Ph.D., is currently Vice President of Ripple Effect Communications, a consulting firm providing Intelligent Project Management (TM) to government and nonprofit clients. Dr. Pohlhaus has overseen multiple projects in excess of $2 Million per year and more than two dozen staff and consultants. Dr. Pohlhaus received her B.S. in Biochemistry, with a minor in management, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Certificate in Health Policy from Duke University. Dr. Pohlhaus leverages her knowledge of science and policy to manage trans-agency efforts and initiatives for the government, and is regularly consulted to produce technically authoritative materials for use by policy makers and the public. For more than 5 years, she has been coordinating government projects in four areas: Policy and Program, Communications, Technology, and Strategy and Workforce Development.
